FMCG Accountant (Male Candidates Only) (Immediate Join)

**About the Role** We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Accountant** with strong experience in the **FMCG industry (Trading in food stuff)**. The ideal candidate will manage **Order Preparation, Delivery Operations,** **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, SOA preperation and consilation, Financial Reporting**, and support management with analytical insights. This role requires solid understanding of Tally ERP system, financial controls, and business performance monitoring tools. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)** transactions accurately and on time. * Prepare and analyze **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**. * Manage **bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and customer accounts**. * Own the month\-end and year\-end closing process. * Maintain and update the **Tally ERP accounting system** ensuring data accuracy. * Monitor **cash flow, payment schedules, and receivables aging**. * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure proper financial control. * Develop **dashboards and analytical reports** to support business decisions. * Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in FMCG (Food Distribution Company) accounting in Qatar. * Strong experience with **ERP systems** (e.g., SAP, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * **Advanced MS Office skills** – particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, financial modeling, macros). * Knowledge of **financial statements, cost control, and inventory accounting**. * Excellent **analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills**. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Strong communication skills in English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage. * MUST Experience working in a **distribution, trading, or FMCG** environment.
