FM - Operation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support MEP and technical operations within the Facilities Management department. Qualifications \& Experience Diploma or Engineering qualification Mechanical or Electrical, preferably mechanical. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or MEP operations. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing services and requirements. Experience in coordinating technicians, contractors, vendors, and maintenance activities. Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. Job responsibilities Coordinate daily MEP maintenance activities and assign work orders. Monitor preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing jobs Supervise technicians, contractors, and service providers. Monitor work progress, breakdowns, and timely completion of jobs. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and service reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures. Handle technical service requests and coordinate timely resolution. Escalate technical and operational issues to the Facilities Manager.
