### **Job Summary** We are seeking a talented, creative, and customer\-focused **Florist** to design, arrange, and sell fresh floral displays, bouquets, and arrangements. In this role, you will bring botanical artistry to retail sales, special events, weddings, and custom orders while maintaining optimal product freshness and visual appeal. *Note: Applicants must currently reside within Saudi Arabia, possess a clean legal and employment status with* ***no Huroob*** *(absenteeism report), and be fully willing to relocate to different cities across the Kingdom as per business requirements. Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply, with* ***Nepalese nationals given priority****.* ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Floral Design \& Arrangement:** Create stunning, balanced, and creative floral arrangements, hand\-tied bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and event tributes using fresh cut flowers and greenery. * **Customer Service \& Consultation:** Greet customers, assist them with floral selections, and consult with clients to understand their vision and budget for custom orders, weddings, and special events. * **Inventory \& Stock Management:** Receive fresh flower shipments, inspect quality, condition stems, trim foliage, and arrange inventory in display coolers to maximize product lifespan. * **Store Merchandising:** Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized retail floor, including well\-styled window displays, potted plant arrangements, and decorative accessories (vases, ribbons, cards). * **Order Fulfillment:** Accurately process incoming orders from walk\-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms, ensuring timely pickup or local delivery. * **Care \& Maintenance:** Monitor hydration levels, change water daily, and apply proper floral preservatives to minimize waste and keep stock looking pristine. ### **Candidate Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Experience:** Proven professional experience working as a Florist, Floral Designer, or in a related botanical arrangement role. *(Relevant practical experience preferred; background in fine arts, design, or horticulture is a strong plus).* * **Geographic \& Legal Requirement:** Must **currently be located inside Saudi Arabia** with valid residency status (Iqama) and **absolutely NO Huroob status** (must be transferable). * **Mobility:** Must be **fully willing to be relocated to different cities within Saudi Arabia** based on company operational needs. * **Nationality Preference:** Open to all nationalities, with **priority given to Nepalese candidates**. * **Artistic Flair:** A strong eye for color theory, proportion, symmetry, and contemporary floral design trends. * **Botanical Knowledge:** Familiarity with various flower varieties, seasonal availability, proper handling techniques, and plant care requirements. * **Communication \& Interpersonal Skills:** Friendly demeanor with excellent listening skills to translate client needs into beautiful floral creations. * **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended periods, work in cool environments (floral refrigerators), and handle repetitive tasks using floral shears and tools.
