• Safely operate and monitor flexographic printing presses, ensuring precise ink application and color consistency on corrugated board. • Perform pre-press setup, including mounting plates, setting ink viscosity, and adjusting pressure for optimal print quality. • Conduct quality control checks throughout the print run, identifying and rectifying defects such as misregistration, smudging, or inconsistent color. • Maintain and clean printing units, anilox rolls, ink systems, and associated equipment to prevent downtime and ensure peak performance. • High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or a related field is advantageous. • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses, specifically within the corrugation industry. • Proficiency in setting up and operating printing presses, including plate mounting, ink management, and press calibration. • Strong understanding of corrugated board properties, ink types (water-based, solvent-based), and anilox roll technology.
