**FLEET TRACKING SYSTEMS MANAGER** **Company:** Citra GPS **Location:** Mirqab, Kuwait City, Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 1,350 / month **Job Description** Citra GPS is seeking a skilled and organized **Fleet Tracking Systems Manager** to oversee fleet monitoring and tracking operations. The successful candidate will manage GPS tracking systems, monitor vehicle activity, analyze fleet data, support system users, and work with technical and operations teams to improve fleet visibility, safety, and efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor GPS fleet tracking systems and platforms * Oversee real\-time vehicle tracking and fleet monitoring activities * Analyze fleet data, routes, driver activity, and vehicle performance * Generate regular fleet tracking and performance reports * Identify system issues and coordinate technical troubleshooting * Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, and tracking system records * Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of tracking devices * Work with fleet and operations teams to improve vehicle utilization * Monitor alerts related to vehicle location, speed, routes, and operational activity * Train staff on fleet tracking systems and reporting tools * Coordinate with GPS technology providers and technical support teams * Recommend system improvements to enhance fleet efficiency and visibility **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience with fleet tracking, GPS systems, telematics, or fleet operations * Strong understanding of vehicle tracking and fleet management systems * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to interpret fleet data and prepare performance reports * Strong communication and team coordination skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools * Experience with GPS tracking software and telematics platforms is an advantage * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
