FLEET MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the organization's fleet, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and utilization. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. • Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, including registrations, inspections, insurance, and permits. • Monitor fleet performance through KPIs, maintenance records, fuel consumption, and utilization reports. • Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities. • Manage breakdowns and emergency vehicle recovery to minimize operational disruptions. • Monitor fuel usage and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. • Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies, defensive driving practices, and safety procedures. • Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and damages, and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain accurate fleet documentation, maintenance history, and asset records. • Support fleet budgeting by monitoring maintenance costs, spare parts consumption, and vendor invoices. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. • achelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Transport Management, Logistics, or a related field. • Professional certifications in Fleet Management or Transport Operations are an advantage.
