Fleet Coordinator - Heavy Duty Transportation Service

**Transafe Logistics**, part of **Mazrui International LLC** is looking to hire a dynamic and efficient Fleet Coordinator for the heavy vehicle transportation service. **Work Location** \- Al Khor , Qatar The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient scheduling of deliveries, proper routing of trucks, attending telephone orders and other information related to delivery of products and also monitoring and reporting of the fleet management system. Ideal candidate must have a valid . **Job Responsibilities** * Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits. * Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. * Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules. * Upon the Completion of the maintenance work, sent the invoice for booking and inform operations team to Close the Job * Follow up with suppliers for the invoices for the work done. * Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service. * Sending daily, weekly \& monthly reports ensure the accuracy of monthly closing reports. * Involving in driving hiring process to select best drivers. * Guiding drivers for offloading to different destinations and assist for the documents needed * Registration process for trucks/trailers and follow up it with government authorities. * QHSE Management \& Support * Carry out system administration tasks as required for Oracle and the FMS to manage fleet. **Specialised Skills** * Knowledge of transportation of dangerous gasses across land * A team player with the ability to motivate and influence others * Analytical with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement * A strong communicator both written and verbal **If this sounds like you, please apply to this job with your updated CV.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How soon you can join if you are selected? * What is your current monthly salary in QAR? * What is your minimum monthly salary expectation in QAR? * Do you have Qatar Driving License?
