Fitness Coach

We are hiring on behalf of a leading fitness and wellness company in Bahrain, seeking passionate and certified Fitness Coaches to join their team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver personalized training programs, motivate clients to reach their fitness goals, and promote a positive, results\-driven training environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct one\-on\-one and group training sessions tailored to client fitness levels and goals * Design personalized workout and training programs * Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly * Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety * Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support fitness goals * Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment * Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals * Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications * Promote studio/gym services and assist in client acquisition where needed **Requirements:** * Certified Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer * Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and training methodologies * Excellent communication and motivational skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends * CPR/First Aid certification preferred * Valid Bahrain work visa or eligibility to work in Bahrain (or willingness to relocate) * Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals **Location:** Bahrain **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience and certification) * Performance\-based incentives * Opportunities for professional development and certification support * Dynamic and supportive work environment Application Question(s): * What is your email address ? * How old are you ? * What is your nationality ? * Why do you think, you would be best for this role ? * What is your WhatsApp number ?
