**Fit Out Projects Manager** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Candidate Eligibility:** Local candidates currently residing in Qatar **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Projects Manager to lead and manage internal fit\-out projects within institutional and governmental environments. The role will oversee project execution, design coordination, planning, contractors, consultants, MEP integration, contracts, risks, variations, claims, and successful project handover. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage multiple internal fit\-out projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, and quality requirements. * Prepare and monitor Project Execution Plans and ensure effective implementation. * Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, and MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project integration. * Monitor site progress and performance against approved schedules and project objectives. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering achievements, risks, challenges, and recommendations. * Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective action plans. * Supervise consultants and contractors and ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and approved standards. * Review payment certificates and verify executed quantities in coordination with the commercial team. * Manage variations, claims, and their impact on project cost and schedule. * Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements throughout project execution. * Coordinate with relevant government authorities for required approvals and permits. * Manage project stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead progress and coordination meetings and make timely operational decisions. * Oversee project completion, handover, documentation, and operational readiness. * Maintain proper project records, reports, correspondence, and documentation in accordance with document control procedures. * Support the Program Director with strategic recommendations and overall program objectives. * Ensure effective resource allocation while managing multiple projects simultaneously. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university is mandatory. * Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred. * PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory. * FIDIC, Construction Management, or Contract Management certification is preferred. * Additional certifications in Risk Management or Planning/Scheduling are advantageous. * 12–15\+ years of experience in engineering project management. * Minimum 5 years in a Senior Projects Manager or equivalent position. * Proven experience managing Internal Fit\-Out Projects, preferably within institutional or governmental environments. * Strong experience in Design \& Build project execution. * Good understanding and coordination of MEP systems within fit\-out projects. * Previous experience as a Client Representative or PMC/Project Management Consultant is mandatory. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong experience dealing with consultants, contractors, contracts, variations, claims, and project risks. * Experience using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Qatar or GCC project experience is preferred. * Knowledge of Qatar government regulations, approvals, and procedures is advantageous. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong internal fit\-out and project management expertise. * Excellent planning, scheduling, and project execution capabilities. * Strong knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, contracts, variations, and claims. * Excellent risk and stakeholder management skills. * Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management abilities. * Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical, decision\-making, and problem\-solving capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders effectively. * Strong reporting and documentation skills. **Ready to Join Our Team?** If you have proven expertise in Internal Fit\-Out Projects, PMC/Client Representative services, Design \& Build, project management, MEP coordination, contracts, and multi\-project delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
