Fit\-Out Project Engineer – Interior Fit\-Out Location: Oman We are looking for an experienced Fit\-Out Project Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit\-out projects from mobilization through completion and handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior fit\-out execution, site coordination, project management, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise interior fit\-out projects from mobilization to completion and handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Ensure all fit\-out works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements. * Monitor project progress, quality, safety, manpower, materials, and timelines. * Review drawings and coordinate site activities to resolve technical and execution issues. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project/site reports. * Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials. * Coordinate with MEP, civil, joinery, finishing, and other project teams. * Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit\-out projects. * Proven experience in commercial, residential, villa, or hospitality fit\-out projects is mandatory. * Gulf experience is required. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing, civil works, and fit\-out execution. * Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and site coordination. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * Strong project management, site supervision, and coordination skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, and project schedules. * Valid GCC Driving License is required. * Immediate joiners are preferred.
