The Fishing Tool Supervisor will support fishing and well re\-entry operations in the field. This role involves running a wide variety of fishing and re\-entry equipment, while proactively advising clients during open\-hole and cased\-hole fishing operations, workovers, slot recoveries, and abandonment projects. This is a senior level job for experienced Field Specialists, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to support decision\-making during ongoing operations in often dynamic and fast\-changing environments. The Fishing Tool Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing field operations in accordance with operational plans and ensuring deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations. A good knowledge of fishing tools, the well environment and rig systems is essential for this role. Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain Fishing and Re\-entry equipment in the field. * Provide onsite support to customer during ongoing field operations. * Assist in testing and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance. * Daily reporting of field operations for ongoing Fishing and Re\-entry operations. * Work hand in hand with the onshore operations team. * Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. * Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis. * Support onshore maintenance activities if required. * Participate in all client and Weatherford safety systems during ongoing operations as required. * Must have the ability to grasp and adapt to changing work environment and conditions. * Must be able to perform basic problem solving and troubleshooting when needed. * Continue training to expand knowledge and experience of Fishing and Re\-entry operations and services. * Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. * Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. * Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. * Required to work on 24\-hour call status. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. * Required: * 10\-15 \+ years drilling, fishing and whipstock experience. * General knowledge of oilfield equipment. * Mechanical ability necessary to perform repairs. * Valid Driver license. * Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer skills. * Self\-motivated and capable of working independently when required. * Strong team player who collaborates closely with colleagues. Effective teamwork is non\-negotiable for success in this role. * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to follow instructions. Ability to be on\-call 24/7\. * Preferred: Open Hole \& Cased Hole Qualification: * High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum. Preferred 2 years College degree.
