FinTech Product Manager

Role Overview Payshia Financial Tech is seeking an innovative FinTech Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and expansion of our digital payment and financial technology platforms. In this role, you will bridge regulatory compliance, financial logic, and user\-centered design to deliver seamless, secure, and high\-volume financial products. Key Responsibilities * Define the product vision, strategic roadmap, and core features for digital payment gateways, mobile wallets, and financial services platforms. * Collaborate closely with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure all product workflows strictly adhere to financial regulations (e.g., KYC/AML, PCI\-DSS, local banking guidelines). * Gather and translate user needs, market trends, and technical specifications into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user flows, and wireframes. * Lead cross\-functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management with engineering and QA teams using Agile frameworks. * Integrate and optimize third\-party payment APIs, banking partner connections, and core transaction processing pipelines. * Monitor transaction metrics, user adoption, conversion funnels, and fraud signals to drive continuous product iterations. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. * Minimum 4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years directly within the FinTech, digital payments, or banking sector. * Solid technical understanding of payment gateways, API integrations, ledger architecture, and transaction security. * Strong familiarity with regional financial compliance, payment processing protocols, and risk mitigation strategies. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and cross\-functional communication skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٧٬٢٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
