Finishing Supervisor

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Supervise all architectural and finishing works on-site. Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Inspect completed work and ensure it meets the required quality standards. Read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings. Plan, schedule, and monitor finishing activities to meet project deadlines. Ensure the availability of required finishing materials and monitor their quality. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Resolve technical issues related to finishing works. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in finishing supervision for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and installation methods. Ability to estimate and calculate material quantities. Excellent understanding of architectural and finishing drawings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable appearance with a professional attitude. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Valid driving license is preferred.
