Finishing Carpenter Joinery

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for a **highly skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenter** to join our **Joinery / Fit\-Out Team** in Dubai. We are looking for a **genuinely skilled finishing carpenter** with strong experience in professional joinery installation, accurate site fitting, and high\-quality finishing. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and deliver precise workmanship with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities * Carry out professional **joinery and furniture installation** at project sites * Install **cabinets, wardrobes, doors, kitchen units, wall panels, and custom joinery** * Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before installation * Read and understand **shop drawings and technical drawings** * Prepare and follow **cutting lists** accurately * Perform precise **cutting, fitting, alignment, leveling, adjustment, and finishing** * Identify site conditions or installation issues and coordinate solutions with the supervisor * Ensure proper gaps, joints, alignment, levels, and overall finishing quality * Carry out final adjustments and rectification works when required * Maintain proper tools, work areas, site cleanliness, and safe working practices Requirements * **3\+ years of proven UAE experience** in joinery and finishing carpentry * Strong hands\-on experience in **professional furniture and joinery installation** * Able to accurately read and work from **shop drawings and technical drawings** * Experienced in preparing and following **cutting lists** * Strong practical skills in measuring, cutting, fitting, alignment, leveling, and finishing * Experience with **cabinets, wardrobes, doors, kitchens, wall panels, and custom joinery** * Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship * Able to identify and resolve practical installation issues on site * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Reliable, disciplined, responsible, and willing to work hands\-on * **Candidates currently available in Dubai/UAE are preferred** IMPORTANT This position is for a **skilled Finishing Carpenter**, not a general carpenter or helper.
