Role Overview We are seeking a visionary **Fine Arts Education Director** to lead our academic programs, oversee curriculum development, and ensure excellence in arts education. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster innovation in teaching, and build strong partnerships with cultural organizations. Key Responsibilities * **Curriculum development**: Design and implement fine arts programs aligned with international standards. * **Faculty leadership**: Recruit, mentor, and support art educators. * **Student engagement**: Promote creativity, critical thinking, and artistic excellence. * **Community partnerships**: Collaborate with museums, galleries, and cultural institutions. * **Program innovation**: Introduce digital art, design thinking, and interdisciplinary approaches. * **Quality assurance**: Ensure programs meet educational and cultural standards. * **Event coordination**: Oversee exhibitions, workshops, and student showcases. Qualifications * Master’s or PhD in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in arts education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven expertise in curriculum design and arts pedagogy. * Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary art practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Familiarity with Qatar’s cultural landscape and GCC arts initiatives is an advantage.
