Financial Junior Operations Specialist

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Perform daily accounting operations while ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies. Review, verify, and record accounting documents in the financial system within established deadlines. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and provide support for accounting analysis and reconciliation activities. Participate in accounting system upgrades, data migration, and implementation projects to ensure a smooth transition. Coordinate with internal departments and business users to resolve accounting\-related matters and maintain effective communication. Maintain organized financial records and ensure accounting documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible. Update accounting data regularly while ensuring information is recorded correctly and maintained in a structured manner. Support the accounting team with routine financial activities to ensure efficient month\-end and daily accounting operations. Assist with account reconciliations and help identify and resolve discrepancies when required. Ensure confidentiality of financial information and comply with internal accounting procedures and reporting standards. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage. Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a similar role is preferred. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. High level of accuracy with strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to daily work. Responsible, dependable, and able to manage accounting tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. Ability and willingness to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
