Financial Analyst - Junior

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for management review. • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights. • Support the budgeting process by gathering data, consolidating inputs, and performing variance analysis against actuals. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. • 2-3 years of relevant internship or work experience in financial analysis or a related finance role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI • Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and principles.
