Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Accounting: Familiar with international accounting standards and finance ERP systems; responsible for the factory's overall financial accounting, monthly closing and report generation. Apply manufacturing cost-accounting experience to carry out full-cycle cost accounting, monitoring and analysis, driving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
· Budget Management: Lead the preparation of the comprehensive budget, establish a rolling forecast mechanism, track execution and analyze variances. Produce regular business analysis reports to provide financial data support for key decisions such as production efficiency and product pricing.
· Tax & Treasury: Handle company tax filings and ensure compliance with FTA requirements; participate in building risk-control lines of defense across core business cycles, and carry out approval and oversight.
· Team Building & Management: Recruit and develop the finance team to ensure efficient departmental operations.
What We're Looking For:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or a related field
· 3+ years of finance experience, including management or general-ledger experience; manufacturing background or experience building a finance system from scratch is a strong plus
· Familiar with UAE accounting standards, tax laws and regulations; skilled in finance software and MS Office; cost-accounting knowledge or a strong willingness to learn manufacturing cost systems is welcome
· Able to use English as a working language; strategic vision, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, robust internal-control and risk awareness, leadership, and a high level of dedication
· Chinese language ability is a strong plus; UAE experience is a plus
