Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products business unit as Business Administration Manager and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. Your Role International, Challenging and Future-Oriented! In this role you will be leading the high performance of all the commercial aspects of Order to Cash (O2C) of our Electrical products business unit in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), as well as expanding experience into performance controlling and factory operations aspects. Commercial Management by reviewing and managing orders according to general accounting principles & financial reporting guidelines. Leading order management & warehouse team for processing and execution of orders by ensuring completeness of required documentation, handling delivery release, preparation of sales invoices with backups, submission of invoices to customer for acceptance and collection of receivables. Managing all the factory operations / commercial activities. Managing all month-end close activities - prepare cost accruals/provisions, ensure revenue and profit declarations are accurately recognized. Forecast and Reporting including support of business lines in monthly/quarterly forecast process related to Order Intake, Net Sales, Gross Margin/Gross Profit, product business related provisions/accruals. Cash collection management by ensuring timely collection of customers payments. Building up sustainable business relationships with all stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and report product business risk & opportunities. Support internal & external audits as required. Bachelor s or master s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Finance. 5- 8 years of experience working in product-based business in a controlling or finance related position. Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in an international environment with diversity. Basic understanding of legal matters and concepts. Strong people skills and ability to work functionally between departments. Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics. Exceptional, commendable communication skills and relationship building ability. Initiative-taking and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities. SAP and SAP Business Warehouse. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills. Arabic speaker / fluent in English (speaking and writing).
