Finance Manager

**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry. This role involves overseeing the financial operations of multiple business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving strategic financial initiatives to support business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and consolidate financial reporting for the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. * Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvement * Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. * Lead and develop the finance team across various business units. * Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets. * Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies. * Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.Identify and manage financial risks for the organization. * Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree orprofessional certification like CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred). * 8\+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in asenior role within the financial services industry. * Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliancestandards. * Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. * Exceptional analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. * Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. * **Preferred Experience:** * **Experience in managing financial operations for multi\-entity organizations.** * Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis. * Familiarity with industry\-specific software and tools.
