Finance Manager

Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance activities across hotel, resort, real estate, and construction business units. The role requires strong hands\-on experience with **SunSystems** and a solid understanding of hospitality operations, project/construction accounting, asset management, and real estate financial performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and month\-end closing. * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with company policies and applicable accounting standards. * Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis for hotel, resort, real estate, and construction projects. * Use **SunSystems** for financial reporting, transaction review, reconciliations, data analysis, and system\-based controls. * Monitor revenue, expenses, cost controls, and profitability across hospitality and property\-related operations. * Oversee project accounting for construction and development activities, including cost tracking, contractor payments, progress billing, retention, and project budget monitoring. * Review and analyze operational performance, including occupancy, room revenue, F\&B revenue, departmental costs, project costs, and real estate income. * Ensure proper internal controls, approval workflows, audit trails, and compliance with company finance policies. * Coordinate with operations, procurement, engineering, construction, sales, and property management teams to support financial decision\-making. * Manage statutory requirements, tax filings, audits, and external reporting in coordination with auditors and advisors. * Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely reporting. * Provide management with financial insights, risk analysis, and recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred. * Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Chief Accountant, or similar finance leadership role. * Strong working knowledge of **SunSystems** is required. * Experience in **hotel, resort, real estate, and/or construction finance** is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and cash flow management. * Experience with project costing, construction accounting, and property\-related financial analysis. * Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
