Finance Manager

We are looking for a hands\-on **Finance Manager** to take ownership of finance and accounting for our **meat and seafood processing business**. The role combines strong financial control with commercial finance. You will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting, budgeting and FP\&A, cash\-flow management, tax compliance and improving the systems and processes behind the finance function. **What You Will Own** * Month\-end close, financial reporting and balance\-sheet control. * Budgeting, forecasting, FP\&A and variance analysis. * Cash flow, working capital and financial discipline. * UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing and e\-invoicing. * Product costing, inventory valuation, yield, waste and margin analysis. * Audit coordination, accounting policies and internal controls. * Finance process standardization, automation and system improvement. **The Best Fit** You should bring: * Prior experience in the **food industry** across distribution or manufacturing/processing. * At least **5 years of finance leadership experience** within a business with annual revenue above **AED 100 million**. * Strong technical accounting, reporting, budgeting and FP\&A capability. * Hands\-on experience with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT. * Practical exposure to transfer pricing and e\-invoicing. * Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, inventory and product costing. * Experience improving finance processes, controls and automation. * **CA or CMA preferred.** **Role Details** * **Location:** Based between our offices in DIP and DIC * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm; Saturday half\-day * **Travel:** Occasional local and international travel may be required **Note** * Candidates should be able to relocate within a practical commuting distance of the workplace. * **Only complete applications, including all screening questions, will be considered.** Pay: AED15,000\.00 \- AED20,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * When would you be available to join, if selected? * State your current monthly package and associated benefits. * Share a link to your LinkedIn profile. * Have you read/reviewed the job post? * State your UAE visa status.
