Job Title:- Finance Manager Job Location:- DIFC, Dubai • Computation of Tax & VAT return. • Accounting Treatment as per I GAAP and IFRS. • Liaise with Auditors. • Review and Finalization of Balance. • Fees Amortization as per US GAAP. • Opex Analysis and Various MIS. • Co-ordination for various risk and compliance related meetings. • Facilitating of account opening in I-Core and SAP System & Account Rationalization Review of CRF • Documentation of various process and policies • Co-ordination for all SOX related activities and BCP • MIS and Analysis of Business and expense accounting • Ageing and review of other assets and other liabilities • Submission on RBI survey on annual basis • Review of Risk and Control, Self-Assessment Service Provider co-ordinational(SLA) 5 to 7 years' Experience with Banking knowledge Chartered Accountant
