Choithrams Muscat, Oman Posted 13 hours ago Unlimited #### **Job Description** **1\.** **KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS** 1\.1 To develop the business plan in line with company’s strategic objectives. 1\.2 To maximize profitability of the company through effective control over financial performance. 1\.3 Serve as connection point between consulting leaders, leadership support teams and Finance to drive improved operational results and efficiency 1\.4 Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance to the Business’ leadership. 1\.5 To enforce the finance policies and procedures to ensure the accomplishment of company’s objectives. 1\.6 Lead and monitor the annual budgeting and produce a comprehensive financial budget to enable the company to plan targets and resources to deliver the budget. 1\.7 Ensure timely, accurate accounting by business unit, in line with accounting standards to ensure that the true financial position is reflected. 1\.8 Cost control and analysis including trade marketing budget and spend, customer pricing, analyzing cost of doing business. 1\.9 Action to improve cashflow, working capital management including trade receivables, increasing supplier’s payment days and monitoring \& helping to reduce levels so that financing cost. 1\.10 Interior branches visit regularly #### **Skills Description** * Strong financial acumen * Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Strategic planning and forecasting * Experience in budget management * Advanced Excel skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Leadership and team management skills * Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Attention to detail and accuracy #### **Job Details** Job Title Finance Manager Job Country Oman Job City Muscat Job Role Accounting/Banking/Finance Employment Status Full time Employment Type Full Time Employee #### **Preferred Candidate** Career Level Mid Career
