Finance Manager

**Primary Objective** Manage the accounting department, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial information and compliance with regulations. In addition, training and managing other members of the account management team and dealing with any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities** · Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax filings, and payroll · Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with IFRS \& IAS · Review and check journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by the accounting staff · Coordinate the month\-end and year\-end closing processes, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed on time · Work closely with the Treasurer to ensure smooth cash management and payment processes · Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures in compliance with IFRS · Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering professional development · Co\-ordination with banks for availing best service in terms of facilities, POS rates and such. · Proper co\-ordination with Auditors to enhance an effective and efficient audit within the stipulated time period. · Implementing internal controls on all business activities. · Actively participate in reviewing improvements to the Accounting software, modules, and processes. · Maintain and track all entities fixed assets as per the company's policies and procedure. · Monitoring and reviewing targets set for the team and provide adequate training to the team to accomplish the objectives. · Maintain discretion and maturity in handling sensitive or confidential data. · Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team. · Perform other job\-related duties as assigned. **Qualification \& Skill Required** **Experience Required** Minimum 8 yrs. Experience in same field **Education Qualification** Preferably a post\-graduation in Commerce/ ACCA/ICWAI/CA **Personal Skill** · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Positive attitude and Team worker. · Self\-motivated and a passion for hospitality. · Strong analytical skills. · Strong planning, managerial and organizational skills. As well as strong problem\-solving skills. * Advanced attention to detail. * Advanced MS Excel skills. * Ability to multitask. * High ethical standards and integrity. * Excellent English communication.
