We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and more personalized solutions to help people achieve their health goals. #### **Why This Role Matters** As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision\-making across the business by providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial teams, you will bridge finance and business operations to drive growth, improve profitability, and support Calo's ambitious expansion plans. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and enjoys partnering with cross\-functional teams to influence business outcomes through data\-driven decision\-making. #### **What You'll Be Working On** * Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision\-making. * Analyze business performance, profitability, operational metrics, and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities. * Lead monthly performance reviews, delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership. * Own budgeting, forecasting, long\-term planning, and scenario analysis. * Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new initiatives and investments. * Develop executive dashboards and reports that track key business and financial KPIs. * Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities across finance and FP\&A. * Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and AI\-powered workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. * Partner with Data and Engineering teams to improve data quality and automate recurring financial processes. * Support ad hoc strategic and financial analysis for leadership. #### **What We’re Looking For** ##### **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable. * 3\-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, or a related field. * Experience in high\-growth, technology, food\-tech, e\-commerce, retail, or operationally intensive businesses is preferred. ##### **Knowledge** * Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. * Solid understanding of financial statements and key business performance indicators. * Experience with financial modeling techniques and business case development. * Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools is considered an advantage. * Strong understanding of commercial drivers, operational metrics, and profitability analysis. * Knowledge of process improvement and financial automation initiatives is preferred. ##### **Competencies** * Exceptional analytical and problem\-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. * Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights. * Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision\-making across multiple levels of the organization. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior leadership and executive teams. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. * High degree of ownership, accountability, and execution focus. * Strong understanding of AI\-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and their application in finance. * Demonstrated ability to automate repetitive reporting and financial processes while maintaining strong controls and data integrity. #### **Who You Are** * Naturally curious and driven by understanding how the business operates. * Proactive and solutions\-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. * Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross\-functionally. * Comfortable challenging assumptions and providing constructive recommendations backed by data. * Adaptable and resilient in a rapidly evolving environment. * Passionate about using data and insights to drive business impact and growth. #### **The Hiring Journey** * Screening with TA Partner (30 min) * 1st Technical Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 min) * 2nd Technical Interview with the Director of Finance (45 min) * Culture Fit Interview with the Hiring and People Team Members (30 min) * Offer #### **Ready to Join?** If this role excites you, and you see yourself matching at least 85% of the criteria above, what are you waiting for? **Let’s gooo!**
