The Finance Analyst supports key accounting and financial reporting activities, including month\-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. When you join Precision, you join a company that puts people first. **DAY IN THE LIFE:** * Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and bank reconciliations * Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and variance reports, providing insights to management on financial performance * Partner with Field Operations Managers and Superintendents to investigate and explain expense variances * Assist with year‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis for operations and corporate stakeholders * Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting month‑end deadlines **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, with up to 2 years of accounting experience * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Effective communicator who can collaborate successfully within a team and build strong working relationships across the organization * Self\-motivated and goal\-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment Drive your career forward with Precision Drilling—apply today and take the lead in shaping the future of energy with a company that values safety, performance, and your potential.
