Job description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The role includes patient assessment, clinical care delivery, health monitoring, patient education, and coordination with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Assessment & Nursing Care • Conduct patient assessments and identify healthcare needs. • Provide nursing care according to physician orders and care plans. • Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition. • Perform clinical procedures and ensure proper infection control practices. 2. Medication & Treatment Management • Administer medications and treatments safely. • Monitor patient response and report changes to the healthcare team. • Ensure accurate medication documentation. 3. Patient Education & Support • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home care practices. • Provide guidance to improve patient safety and health outcomes. 4. Care Coordination & Documentation • Coordinate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and caregivers. • Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and care documentation. • Participate in care planning and follow-up discussions. 5. Quality & Patient Safety • Follow healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and company policies. • Maintain patient confidentiality and professional nursing standards. • Promote safe and patient-centered care. 6. Service Support • Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare services. • Support patient satisfaction and continuity of care. 7. Patient Engagement & Telehealth Support • Conduct wellness and follow-up calls to patients to monitor health status and encourage adherence to care plans. • Respond to patient inquiries related to nursing care, wellness programs, and healthcare services. • Provide basic health education, triage concerns, and escalate clinical issues when appropriate. • Schedule or coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and referrals as needed. • Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications and interventions. License & Certification: DHA-licensed and registered as required by UAE Healthcare Authorities (DHA eligibility letter is required) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred). Additional certifications in home healthcare, chronic care management, or wellness programs are an advantage. Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, clinic, or home healthcare setting. Experience in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and clinical procedures. Experience in patient education, follow-up calls, and healthcare coordination is preferred. Experience managing chronic disease patients is an advantage. Skills and Competencies • Strong clinical assessment and nursing care skills. • Excellent communication and patient education abilities. • Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care. • Excellent documentation and healthcare record management skills. • Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate clinical concerns appropriately. • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare documentation systems. • Ability to conduct wellness calls, patient follow-ups, and handle healthcare inquiries professionally for possible conversion of inquiries to patients. • Basic knowledge and experience in telehealth services, teleconsultation support, and remote patient monitoring. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Nursing Visit Completion Rate (% of completed visits vs scheduled visits) • Quality of Clinical Documentation (≥95% completeness and accuracy of patient medical records with timely completion) • Clinical Incident Rate (% of reported incidents, such as medication errors, safety related or care related issues) • Care Plan Compliance Rate (>95% compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements) • Patient Satisfaction Score (Average patient/caregiver satisfaction rating from feedback surveys) • Patient Follow-Up Call Completion Rate (% of completed wellness and follow up calls) - For performance bonus • Patient Inquiry Conversion Rate (% of inquiries converted to paid healthcare services) - For performance bonus • Revenue Contribution from Patient Conversions (total revenue generated from patients converted from inquiries) - For performance bonus Working Conditions • Location: 202 Capital Golden Tower, Business Bay • Work Timings: 48 hours/week, 6 days per week (as per UAE labor law) • Requires occasional travels within Dubai for home visits • Probationary Period of 6 months, with KPIs monitored monthly for performance feedbacks Salary and Benefits • Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,500 • Performance Bonus may be given depending on agreements upon hiring • Employment Visa • Medical Insurance • Annual Leave (30 Days) after regularization. • Annual flight ticket worth AED 2,500 after regularization within 2 years of employment.
