Field Specialist LWD/DD

We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. **Partner with the best** As a Field Specialist \- LWD (Logging While Drilling) you will be responsible for providing LWD solutions at well sites. You will work under general supervision, collaborating closely with the Directional Drilling team. Utilizing computers, you'll perform site surveys, monitor surface and formation evaluation services for wells during the drilling process. **As a Field Specialist \- DD/LWD, you will be responsible for:** * Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site. * Managing the situations when service delivery issues occur. * Acting as a project leader and mentoring junior field engineers. * Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. * Executing other related duties as assigned. * Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role you will:** * Have at least 3 years of experience * Have a university degree in Engineering or Applied Science * Have excellent experience in directional drilling and logging\-while\-drilling activities. * Be able to work and communicate well with others * Be able to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a dedicated team member * Demonstrate leadership capability **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
