Field Specialist - Drilling Services

We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools. **Partner with the best** The responsibility is to supervise drilling of oil \& gas wells across India in different drilling environments. **You will be responsible for:** * Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of assigned Directional Systems services at the well site. * Completing successful advanced technical training and assigned well site development programs. * Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies ,Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. * Maintaining frequent intra\-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism **Fuel your passion** **To be successful in this role you will:** * Have 3 years of experience in Directional Drilling * Be a Petroleum or Mechanical engineering graduate * Have an Industry experience and product\-line training required. * Have a basic knowledge of MWD * Have a good mechanical aptitude. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
