Field Service Engineer - CTS

**Your role** ------------- **Job description** In order to facilitate continuously our increasing demand for service and contribute to the overall business growth and customers’ satisfaction we are looking for a Field Service Engineer within Compressor Technique Service (CTS) team. Provide quality and timely service and maintenance to local industrial compressed air customers as assigned by the Service Planner Perform troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning activities as assigned Apply all required Safety \& Health measures while working at customer sites and in the workshop Comply with site\-specific rules, regulations, and relevant Safety \& Health requirements Utilize and maintain specialized tools used for service activities Promote Atlas Copco corporate values and professional image while interacting with customers Support the promotion of Atlas Copco CTS service products and solutions Carry out machine repairs, preventive maintenance, and major overhauls of compressors and compressed air dryers Perform commissioning of compressors, compressed air systems, and compressor management systems **To succeed, you will need** ----------------------------- **Experience requirements** Compressed air and compressor systems experience Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Field service and customer support experience Installation, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of compressors and dryers Minimum 2 years hands\-on experience with compressor technologies Knowledge of VSDs, controls, and basic networking systems Understanding of instrumentation, calibration, and compressed air applications Basic mechanical fitting, alignment, and fabrication skills Computer literate with technical reporting abilities Good English communication skills Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Refrigeration, Hydraulics, or Pneumatic Technology Valid UAE driving license is an advantage Customer\-focused, self\-motivated, and team\-oriented Disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **In return, we offer** ----------------------- * Culture of trust and accountability * Lifelong learning and career growth * Innovation powered by people * Comprehensive compensation and benefits * Health and well\-being **Job location** ---------------- On\-Site This role requires you to work on\-site at our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (AE).
