**Field Seller / Customer Service Representative** **Seller / Field Customer Service – Job Description** **Company:** Mysouq **Industry:** E\-Commerce / Social Commerce **Position:** Field Seller / Customer Service Representative **Location:** Jeddah, Saudi Arabia **Job Summary:** Mysouq is looking for a **Field Seller / Customer Service Representative** to engage directly with customers, promote products, generate sales, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves **field visits, customer acquisition, order collection, and follow\-up** while supporting Mysouq’s e\-commerce and social commerce operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Visit customers and potential customers to promote Mysouq products and services. * Generate new customers and develop strong customer relationships. * Explain product features, prices, promotions, and ordering procedures. * Take customer orders and ensure accurate order details. * Follow up with customers regarding orders, delivery, payment, and after\-sales service. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. * Promote Mysouq through **WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels**. * Achieve assigned **sales and customer acquisition targets**. * Collect market feedback and identify customer needs and competitor activities. * Coordinate with the internal sales, warehouse, delivery, and customer\-service teams. * Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular activity and sales reports. **Requirements:** · 1–3 years of experience in **field sales, customer service, retail, e\-commerce, or direct selling**. · Strong communication and customer\-handling skills. · Sales\-oriented and confident in approaching new customers. · Good knowledge of **WhatsApp and social media platforms**. · Ability to work in the field and travel for customer visits. · Basic computer and reporting skills. · English communication required; **Arabic is an advantage**. · Target\-driven, energetic, and well\-presented. · Saudi driving license is preferred. **Key KPIs:** Customer acquisition, sales conversion, orders generated, customer satisfaction, follow\-up quality, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
