This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in sales. As a Field Sales Executive, you will visit potential customers, introduce our products and services, understand customer requirements, and assist them in choosing the right solutions. You will receive guidance and support from the team to develop your sales and communication skills while contributing to the company's growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Visit assigned locations to meet prospective customers. * Promote and explain the company's products and services. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities. * Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily activity reports. * Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service. * Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends. **Required Skills** * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Strong willingness to learn and build a career in sales. * Positive attitude and self\-motivation. * Basic problem\-solving and customer\-handling skills. * Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. * Willingness to travel within the assigned area. * Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team. **Eligibility** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience may also apply. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
