Field Sales Executive

**Outdoor/Field Sales Officer** We are seeking an energetic and target\-driven Outdoor/Field Sales Executive with solid experience in the courier and logistics industry to develop new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and acquire new B2B customers. * Promote courier, e\-commerce logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation solutions. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. * Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships. * Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure. * Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. **Requirements** * Minimum 3\-5 years of outdoor sales experience in a courier, logistics, freight forwarding, or express delivery company * Professional proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written). * Valid Kuwait driving license. * Strong network within the local business community is an advantage. * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. * Transferrable residency Work Location: In person
