Field Sales Executive – Automotive

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Field Sales Executive** to support one of our Automotive divisions. The role involves outdoor corporate sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving defined sales targets through proactive field activities. Attractive Performance based Incentives. **Experience** * 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate outdoor sales, preferably in leasing, automotive, or related industries. **Key Requirements** * **Valid Kuwait driving license** * Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems preferred) * Good communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently in a field\-based role **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new auto leasing business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and customer development activities. * Build, maintain, and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients. * Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, offers, and market activity. * Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports and updates to management. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills * Target\-driven with a proactive sales mindset * Good market awareness and analytical ability * Time management and reporting discipline Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD250\.000 \- KD350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
