Field Sales Executive

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking across the UAE • Promote ASAA's accounting, taxation, and business consultancy services to prospective clients • Meet potential clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions • Conduct professional presentations explaining ASAA's services and value proposition • Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals • Prepare daily sales reports and keep CRM records updated and accurate • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the UAE • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Arabic is an advantage • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently • Willing to travel across the UAE for client meetings • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage • Basic knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and business regulations preferred • Skills: Field Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, CRM, Business Development, Negotiation, VAT, Corporate Tax
