Now building in the UAE. **Why this role** We're opening the UAE and hiring our **first two Field Sales Executives** on the ground. This is greenfield: a barely\-touched market, a product that convinces fast once it's in front of the right restaurateur, and full ownership of your territory from day one. You won't inherit a patch, you'll build it. If you're a closer who wants real upside and real impact, this is your seat. **Your missions** As a Field Sales Executive, you'll drive ePackPro's growth across your UAE territory, selling directly to restaurateurs (restaurants, cafés, hotel F\&B, cloud kitchens, independents and local chains). The goal: take ground, evangelize a market that's still barely digitized, and make ePackPro the obvious choice. *Prospecting \& conquest* * Identify, prospect and convert new clients across your territory (Dubai \+ your Emirates cluster) * Build a sharp read of restaurateurs' realities and tailor your pitch accordingly * Build a strong pipeline and own the full sales cycle *Sales cycle* * Run qualified meetings (phone, video and, above all: field) * Deliver personalized demos of the ePackPro solution * Negotiate, close, and hand over smoothly to the internal teams *Strategy \& insight* * Feed market insights back to product, marketing and sales leadership * Help sharpen our sales playbook in a fast\-scaling context * Keep reliable CRM reporting and own your KPIs (conversion, volume, velocity…) *Presence* * Consistent field presence across your zone, representing ePackPro on the ground **Your profile** * 5\+ years of field sales experience in the UAE, with a real closing track record * A genuine hunter: you love to prospect, convince and close * An established network among restaurateurs, F\&B, hospitality, foodtech, or food\-hygiene suppliers * Multi\-channel prospecting: LinkedIn, email and field, at a disciplined cadence * Results culture, action bias, autonomy and ownership * Fluent English and Arabic (both required); French is a plus * Valid UAE driving licence **What we offer** * Uncapped variable.
