Field Hardware Maintenance Specialist

**Role Overview** Devritech Field Services is seeking an experienced Field Hardware Maintenance Specialist to manage on\-site diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance operations for critical enterprise hardware. In this role, you will travel to client facilities and remote operational sites to inspect physical infrastructure, replace failing components, execute system upgrades, and resolve hardware faults to minimize client downtime. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform on\-site installation, diagnostic testing, routine maintenance, and repair of server racks, network equipment, power units, and field hardware terminals. * Respond promptly to field service tickets, dispatch requests, and hardware failure alerts, identifying root causes and executing hardware swaps or board\-level repairs. * Conduct physical hardware inspections, cable audits, thermal checks, and power integrity testing across client server rooms and field enclosures. * Manage regional spare parts inventory, toolkits, and field diagnostic equipment, ensuring accurate stock tracking and quick turnarounds. * Document service calls, hardware configuration updates, maintenance histories, and site inspection logs using field service management software. * Collaborate with remote systems engineers and technical support leads to verify hardware restoration and network connectivity following repairs. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience in field technical support, hardware maintenance, or IT field engineering. * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A\+, CompTIA Network\+, or vendor\-specific hardware certifications (e.g., Cisco, HP, Dell) are strongly preferred. * Deep proficiency with hardware diagnostic tools, multimeter testing, fiber/ethernet cable certification, and component replacement. * Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel frequently across assigned field regions. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٥٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
