Field Engineer – Oilfield Completion Tools We are seeking an experienced **Field Engineer – Completion Tools** to support field operations involving downhole completion equipment, including **packers, plugs, liner hangers, and other related completion tools**. The successful candidate must be a hands\-on field professional with extensive experience running completion tools at the wellsite. This position requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and the confidence to work directly with customers and field personnel during critical operations. Key Responsibilities * Perform field installation, operation, and troubleshooting of downhole completion tools. * Run and support **packers, plugs, liner hanger systems, and associated completion equipment**. Packers is a must ! * Prepare, inspect, assemble, test, and verify completion tools prior to deployment. * Provide technical support during wellsite operations and ensure tools are run according to approved procedures and specifications. * Identify and troubleshoot operational and equipment issues in the field. * Coordinate with customer representatives, drilling/completion teams, and internal operations personnel. * Complete field reports, job documentation, equipment records, and post\-job reports accurately and on time. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company and customer **HSE requirements**. * Participate in pre\-job planning, risk assessments, and post\-job reviews. * Maintain a professional relationship with customers and represent the company effectively at the wellsite. Minimum Requirements * **Minimum 7 years of hands\-on oilfield experience in completion tools and field operations.** * Demonstrated field experience with **packers, plugs, liner hangers, and/or similar downhole completion systems**. * Strong understanding of completion operations and downhole tool functionality. * Ability to independently perform and supervise completion tool field operations. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * **Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in English.** * Ability to read and understand technical procedures, drawings, specifications, and job programs. * Strong commitment to HSE and safe working practices. * Ability to work in demanding field environments and extended/irregular working hours as required. * Willingness and ability to travel to wellsites as required. Preferred Qualifications * Engineering or technical diploma/degree is preferred; extensive relevant field experience may also be considered. * Experience working with major oilfield service companies or completion tool manufacturers is an advantage. * Experience with multiple completion tool systems and manufacturers is highly desirable. * Previous experience working independently at customer wellsites is preferred.
