This role is critical in maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, demanding a professional with a strong background in retail and a passion for coaching and development. ### **Job responsibilities** * Support retail managers through on\-the\-floor coaching, demonstrating best\-in\-class floor management, client experience, and team leadership. * Drive a strong feedback and coaching culture to develop, motivate, and upskill retail teams. * Ability to work autonomously across multiple stores with an entrepreneurial mindset * Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset to ensure a seamless Client experience in\-store and online. * Monitor key performance indicators to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
