Fiberglass Laminator

**ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC** is looking for a skilled and experienced **Fiberglass Laminator** to join our production team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **fiberglass fabrication, lamination, molding, repair, finishing, and assembly**. The candidate will be responsible for producing high\-quality fiberglass components while maintaining company quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform fiberglass fabrication, lamination, molding, and repair work. * Prepare molds, resins, gel coats, fiberglass materials, and production tools. * Carry out trimming, sanding, polishing, finishing, and assembly of fiberglass components. * Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications. * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards. * Identify and correct finishing or fabrication defects when required. * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized production area. * Follow all company health, safety, and operational procedures. * Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of hands\-on experience** as a Fiberglass Laminator or in a similar role. * Strong practical knowledge of fiberglass fabrication, lamination, molding, and repair techniques. * Experience working with **fiberglass, resins, gel coats, molds, and hand tools**. * Ability to understand technical drawings and production instructions. * Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship. * Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work in a production environment. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * **Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred.** Salary \& Benefits * **Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 2,500 per month**, depending on experience and skills. * Employment visa provided by the company. * Medical insurance. * Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
