Female Telesales & Admin Coordinator (Real Estate) - Business Bay, Dubai

Property Solvers is hiring a Telesales \& Admin Coordinator for our office in Oxford Tower, Business Bay. Full\-time, immediate start. **Telesales (about 70%)** \- Call our lead database: old leads, no\-answer recalls, owners for listings, and portal leads \- Qualify buyers, tenants and owners \- Book viewings and meetings for our agents, mainly off\-plan and ready property in Dubai \- Log every call in our CRM (Bitrix24\) the same day **Property management support (about 30%, reporting to the office manager)** \- Handle the property management WhatsApp line using standard replies \- Call tenants for rent and renewal reminders \- Book leasing viewings and log maintenance requests \- Forward DEWA/Emicool bills to tenants \- Chase documents for Ejari and renewals **What we expect** \- 120\+ connected calls a day \- Viewings booked every week \- Everything logged the same day \- WhatsApp replies within 1 hour **Requirements** \- 1\+ year in telesales, call centre or real estate admin in the UAE (preferred) \- Clear spoken English (Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus) \- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus \- Organised and reliable **What we offer** \- AED 2,500 \- 4,000 basic salary \- Visa provided \- Bonus for every booked viewing that goes ahead \- Performance review after the first month \- Office\-based, Monday to Saturday Location: Office 303, Oxford Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
