**WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE STORE MANAGER** **Luxury Abaya Boutique** We are looking for an **experienced Arabic\-speaking Female Store Manager** to join one of our Clients growing luxury abaya boutique in **Wakrah Qatar** The ideal candidate should have **strong experience in the abaya/fashion industry**, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage the boutique, staff, orders, and daily operations professionally. Key Responsibilities * Manage the boutique and oversee daily operations. * Monitor production and ensure **excellent quality and finishing**. * Follow up on customer orders and ensure **timely completion and delivery**. * Supervise staff and coordinate daily work. * Monitor inventory, fabrics, materials, and stock requirements. * Provide customers with a **premium and professional shopping experience**. * Coordinate with tailors, production, sales, and delivery teams. * Monitor sales performance and support business growth. * Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, organization, and service. * Develop and suggest new ideas to improve **sales, operations, and customer satisfaction**.
