Female Squash Trainer

The squash trainer will be responsible for delivering high\-quality squash coaching, promoting the sport and providing an exceptional experience for members of all ages and skill levels. * Conduct individual and group squash coaching sessions for beginners to advanced players. * Develop personalized training programs to improve members' skills, fitness, and performance. * Monitor player progress and provide regular coaching feedback. * Promote squash programs and encourage member participation. **Requirements** * Recognized Squash Coaching Certification * Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a sports club, fitness club, academy or similar environment. * Strong knowledge of squash techniques, tactics and player development. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to coach competitive players. * Current First Aid and CPR certification * English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage. * Ensure the squash courts and equipment are maintained in a safe and professional condition. * Enforce club rules and safety procedures during all coaching sessions. * Build strong relationships with members to support retention and participation. * Customer service excellence. * Strong coaching and motivational skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays. * Team player with a passion for sports and fitness.
