Female Spa Training Specialist

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Spa Operations Trainer** to lead the training and development of our service team across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving technical skills, service standards, and overall staff performance to ensure a consistent, high\-quality client experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver **hands\-on training** in spa services (facials, massage, body treatments, hammam, etc.) * Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff * Develop and implement **training plans, SOPs, and service protocols** * Evaluate staff performance and identify skill gaps * Train team members on **upselling techniques and retail knowledge** * Ensure consistency of service standards across all branches * Support branch managers in improving team productivity and service quality * Monitor training effectiveness and report progress to management **Requirements** * Female candidate (ladies spa environment) * Minimum **5\+ years’ experience** in spa/beauty industry * Proven experience as a **trainer** * Strong knowledge of facials, massage, and advanced treatments * Certification in beauty/spa therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred) * Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills * Ability to train across multiple locations **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to lead and shape training across multiple branches * Professional and supportive work environment **Apply with your CV and certifications** Work Location: In person
