Arabian Cakes is hiring a confident and experienced Female Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium customized cakes in Qatar. Position Details\- Position: Sales Executive \- Gender: Female \- Location: Doha, Qatar \- Salary: Starting from QAR 2,500\- Benefits: Attractive sales incentives based on performanceKey Responsibilities \- Promote premium customized cakes to individual and corporate customers. \- Generate new business through direct sales, calls, WhatsApp, social media and client visits. \- Identify opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, event planners, wedding organizers and corporate companies. \- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cake designs, flavours, sizes and packages. \- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers until the order is confirmed. \- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business. \- Coordinate with the cake production and decorating teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated. \- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports. \- Follow up on customer enquiries, payments and order confirmations. \- Represent Arabian Cakes professionally at meetings, exhibitions and promotional events.Candidate Requirements \- Female candidate currently residing in Qatar. \- Previous sales experience in customized cakes, bakery, confectionery, hospitality, catering, events or a closely related sector is required. \- Good knowledge of premium customized cakes and customer preferences. \- Strong communication, negotiation and customer\-service skills. \- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. \- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. \- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media sales is preferred. \- Self\-motivated, presentable, target\-oriented and capable of working independently. \- Qatar driving licence is an added advantage. \- Transferable visa/NOC is preferred.What We Offer \- Salary starting from QAR 2,500, depending on experience. \- Attractive sales incentives. \- Opportunities for career growth. \- Supportive and professional working environment. \- Opportunity to work with a growing premium customized cake brand.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV, recent photograph and a brief introduction highlighting their relevant sales experience.Please mention “Female Sales Executive – Arabian Cakes” in your application.
