We craft bonbons from the finest ingredients — a symphony of flavour designed to be the perfect expression of love for life’s cherished moments. As we prepare to open our atelier and boutique, we are building a small, exceptional team of people who share our obsession with craft, detail and hospitality. **THE ROLE** As our Showroom Sales Assistant you are the face of Ruby Cocoa. You welcome guests into the boutique, guide them through the collection, build the gift and corporate orders that carry our name into homes and offices across Kuwait, and turn a first visit into a lasting relationship. This is a broad, hands\-on role: alongside sales, you keep the showroom immaculate, step behind the coffee bar when needed, and support the atelier during busy periods. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Welcome and advise guests, presenting the chocolate collection with warmth, confidence and knowledge of our flavours and craft. ● Drive sales — build gift boxes and bespoke selections, handle corporate and occasion orders, and close sales with unhurried, elevated service. ● Operate the till accurately, process payments, issue receipts and handle daily cash reconciliation. ● Build and maintain elegant product displays, ensuring the showroom always reflects the brand at its best. ● Cover the coffee bar as a barista when needed — preparing espresso\-based drinks and our signature cocoa beverages to a consistent, high standard (full training provided). ● Carry out daily cleaning duties across the boutique — including display cases, floors, glassware, the bar, storage and back\-of\-house areas — to the standard expected of a luxury brand. ● Monitor stock levels on the shop floor, rotate product for freshness and flag reorders. ● Support the factory and atelier when needed — including packing, labelling, gift\-wrapping and preparing orders during peak periods. ● Follow all food\-safety and hygiene standards at all times. ● Perform any other duties or responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned by management from time to time in accordance with the needs and growth of the business. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** ● 1\+ year in retail sales, hospitality or a customer\-facing role — ideally in a premium or luxury setting. ● A natural, persuasive and unhurried sales manner; comfortable building a basket without pressure. ● Willing and able to work as a barista when required — existing coffee experience is welcome, but we will train the right person. ● Comfortable working across sales, service, cleaning and production support — this is a hands\-on, multi\-functional role in a small team. ● Accurate with cash, the till and order details. ● Strong Arabic and English — both are important for serving our guests. ● Immaculate personal presentation and genuine warmth. **NICE TO HAVE** ● Barista or specialty coffee experience. ● Knowledge of chocolate or cocoa flavour profiles. ● Experience with corporate, gifting or seasonal\-occasion sales. ● Experience opening a new venue.
