Female Membership Sales Consultant – Part\-Time Gym Experience Required \| Salmiya We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Female Membership Sales Consultant to join our ladies fitness studio in Salmiya on a part\-time basis. This is a sales and membership acquisition role. Your main objective will be to generate new memberships, follow up with prospective clients, arrange trials, and convert enquiries into paying members. Who We're Looking For \- Previous gym or fitness industry experience is required \- Previous gym membership sales experience is strongly preferred \- Strong understanding of the Kuwait fitness market \- Confident in following leads and closing memberships \- Able to build relationships and generate new business \- Professional, organized, and target\-driven \- Based in Kuwait Priority will be given to candidates with an established network within Kuwait's fitness community and a proven track record of generating and converting new gym memberships. Key Responsibilities \- Generate new membership opportunities \- Respond to and follow up with prospective members \- Book and confirm trial sessions \- Conduct membership consultations \- Convert trials and enquiries into paid memberships \- Follow up consistently with undecided prospects \- Generate new leads through personal networking and outreach \- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and sales \- Work closely with coaches and management to improve conversion Performance Target The role is performance\-driven, with a target of approximately 20–30 new paid memberships per month. Compensation \- Part\-time base salary \- Commission for every new paid membership \- Higher incentives for longer\-term memberships \- Additional incentives for self\-generated clients \- Monthly performance bonuses for achieving and exceeding membership targets Strong performers will have significant earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.
