We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Interior Fit\-Out Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities * Supervise daily interior fit\-out and renovation works at project sites. * Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and project managers. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor site progress and ensure projects remain on schedule. * Check workmanship, materials, dimensions, finishes, and installation quality. * Coordinate site measurements and verify completed works. * Prepare daily site progress updates and report issues to the project manager. * Follow up on material deliveries and ensure materials are available when required. * Maintain proper site organization, safety, and cleanliness. * Identify site problems and coordinate with the relevant teams for solutions. * Ensure all works comply with project requirements and company standards. Requirements * Female candidate preferred. * Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit\-out, renovation, or construction. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing works including gypsum, painting, flooring, carpentry, joinery, partitions, ceilings, and MEP coordination. * Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong site supervision and problem\-solving abilities. * Must be organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple activities on site. * Husband/Spouse Visa is preferred. * UAE driving license is an advantage. * Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
