Requirements * Female candidates only. * Arab nationality is required. * Excellent command of English. * Relevant university degree. * Strong teaching experience. * Previous academic supervision experience is preferred. * Strong leadership, evaluation, and coaching skills. * Good knowledge of Early Years English education. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and develop the English curriculum and educational plans. * Observe classes and improve teaching quality. * Guide, support, and develop teachers’ performance. * Monitor children’s progress and address areas of weakness. * Develop effective teaching strategies that lead to measurable improvement in children’s English skills.
